BUYER RESOURCES

A clearer path from reference to inquiry.

Use these practical notes to search the catalogue, compare references and prepare the information a buyer may need for a product review.

01

Finding a part in the catalogue

Start with the exact PERSOLY product number when available. Otherwise, search a distinctive part of the OEM reference as printed, including its letters and numbers. The catalogue searches product numbers, names, categories, dimensions, OEM references, cross-references, applications and engines; compare the result details rather than relying on a similar-looking number.

02

Checking a cross-reference

A cross-reference is a useful starting point, not a substitute for confirming application. Compare the exact reference and the catalogue information available on the product page. If vehicle, engine, dimensions or other fitment details are not shown, do not assume them; include the information you have in an inquiry and request confirmation.

Preparing a useful inquiry

Include product numbers or reference links, the application, requested quantity and destination market. State which details are confirmed and which need checking. This helps keep the request specific and makes it easier to identify missing information before a purchasing decision.

Using product photographs

Photographs help with visual identification, but appearance alone cannot establish compatibility or specification. Match the listed product reference first, and ask for confirmation when the catalogue does not provide the detail required for your application.
