This fuel water separator fits the following engines equipped with DAVCO Diesel Pro 245 fuel processors: Detroit DD5: 5.1L 210-230 HP (2017+) Detroit DD8: 7.7L 260-375 HP (2018+) Cummins ISB: 6.7L (2017+) Cummins ISL: 8.9L (2017+) Cummins B6.7: 6.7L (2017+) Cummins L9: 8.9L (2017+) Vehicle Applications This filter is commonly found in the following medium-duty and vocational trucks: Freightliner M2 106 with DD5 or DD8 engine (2017+) Freightliner 108SD with DD8 engine (2018+) Freightliner 114SD with DD8 engine (2018+) Western Star select medium-duty models with DD5/DD8 Thomas Built Buses select models with DD5/DD8 Autocar select vocational models About the Diesel Pro 245 The DAVCO Diesel Pro 245 is a compact fuel processor that combines fuel filtration, fuel/water separation, and optional fuel heating into a single unit. It's the factory-installed fuel filtration system on Freightliner medium-duty trucks equipped with Detroit DD5 and DD8 engines. The system uses a spin-on filter element with integrated water separation technology to protect sensitive fuel system components from contamination and moisture damage. Important: This filter element is specifically designed for DAVCO Diesel Pro 245 housings. Verify your fuel processor model and engine application before ordering. Not compatible with Diesel Pro 243, 482, 483, 485, or Fuel Pro 385/386/387/388 housings.
